This is a scale model for One Mabel Park, Jolimont will be a boutique development, with just 46 premium apartments. The design makes the most of its premium location at the very best park side address with absolute parkland frontage – nestled between Mabel Talbot Park and Henderson Park.
Set in lush parkland surrounds, One Mabel Park is a development project that offers great amenity in the form of green space to the buyer. Part of the model's design brief was to sell the benefits of this site. The park was to be a key feature in the model. Also important to the client was to be able to easily identify the different apartment types during the sales process.
We added some area to the model base to include park space which also gave the model a larger footprint and more presence in the sales suite. The lighting system we installed allows the sales person to light up the apartments by apartment type.
