Community Consultation Model

The Griffin oil production facilities which comprised of a Floating Production Storage and Offloading vessel (FPSO) named the Griffin Venture is located off the coast of Western Australia, 70km north-west of Onslow and 68km north-east of Exmouth. Since ceasing production in 2009, BHP has been working with relevant parties through a consultation process to identify the best approach to decommissioning of the Griffin facilities. 

This Model was used by Creating Communities to assist BHP in this process of community consultation and was made with durability in mind for transportation as well as a custom made travel case for easy transport.
