Architectural Model Perth

This architectural model is a proposed development nestled along the shore of Canning Beach. The design consists of 3 towers comprising 242 premium apartments with a shared podium, central community space and extensive landscaping creating a much-loved residential address and riverfront visitor hub. It encapsulates the relationship of a bustling suburban community and a life by the water. Using polished surfaces integrated with the natural surrounds, This model allows prospective home buyers to immerse themselves in the environment and describes how modern architecture and nature can exist in harmony.

We used sand from canning beach in order to accurately represent the meeting of land and water, with extra emphasis on the shoreline to let home buyers visualize their future view.
