Timber scale model East Perth

Lend Lease commissioned a conceptual 1:500 scale model with minimal architectural detail. A follow up model of one of the residential apartment towers at 1:100 scale includes Ipad controlled lighting.

Having both the precinct model and the tower model on display offers potential buyers a comprehensive understanding of the project development.

The precinct model utilises Bamboo veneer and acrylic with remote controlled led lighting. Situated at the eastern entry to the Perth CBD, Waterbank is intended as a place offering interaction with Perth’s Swan River, riverfront retail, water-based community facilities as well as being home to lifestyle-orienteresidents and office workers. The lighting was utilised to showcase pedestrian walkways and the river, both key aspects of the project.
