East Perth architectural model

East Bank by Psaros is a boutique-sized development of just 70 one and two bedroom apartments located metres from tranquil Claisebrook Cove, East Perth. This model at 1:75 scale is predominantly laser cut acrylic with timber veneer.  The client chose to go to the slightly larger 1:75 scale (as opposed to 1:100 which is the most common scale for apartments sales suite models) and this gives the model more presence in the sales suite.  Lighting was also included and this adds wow factor and presence to our models, creating a focal point for the sales team.
