Civic Heart is a Finbar luxury high-rise residential development in South Perth. The sales team used three scale models to sell the apartments; one model in full color and the others colored only to distinguish the different apartment types.

The high rise scale model was created as a successful sales tool for the Civic Heart development in Perth. The development comprises thirty-three floors of apartment living, within three distinct tiers: Platinum Apartments, Sky Home Apartments and the Penthouses.

Aware of the necessity to encourage potential buyers to feel secure in the decision to purchase, the team at The Model Shop created the appropriate look and feel intended by the architect and the necessary physical detail required by the Civic Heart sales team.  The model was partially assembled on site due to its overall size.
