Oracle utilized 1:75 scale to give the model a slightly larger presence in the sales suite. It also has smart lighting which means users can press a button on the model to light up different apartment types and also to show which apartments are sold. This combined with a wall of touchscreens to navigate floor plans and imagery makes for a powerful suite of sales tools for the sales team.
