Development Application model | Cross Street

Many municipal councils in NSW require a professionally made physical scale model to be submitted as part of Development Application (DA), where typically all buildings within the site boundary as well as its relationship to its surrounding areas and buildings needs to be shown. 

This model was made as part of the DA submission for Woollahra Municipal Council where physical models are required where development cost exceeds $750,000.
